This year, as Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday, we are trying something a little different: there will NOT be a late evening Christmas Eve service! We will have the traditional the Lessons and Carols service at the 10am Sunday service, and then at 4pm we will celebrate a Family Christmas Eve service. And then we’ll go home early, to enjoy the company of family and friends!
Just think, more time to procrastinate on shopping and gift wrapping…

We all know how busy December can be, what with family visits and the rush-rush-rush of holiday preparations. Yet, taking time to relax and enjoy a movie with friends and comfort foods is also warranted and welcoming.
So, this December, we will gather in the Hall and take in a couple of movies.
December 8th: “Invictus” will be aired at 6:30pm. This movie has been chosen by the Contemporary Conversations Group and will be discussed on December 10th after the 10am Sunday Liturgy. All are welcome to the movie, the discussion or both!
December 15th: The classic 1949 film “Come to the Stable” will be shown, starting at 7pm.
Pizza will be provided at both showings. Please bring along your favorite snack to share. Beverages are provided.
And as always…ALL ARE WELCOME.
